At Chosen Pathways, I take a client-centred, holistic, and trauma-informed approach to counselling. Together, we’ll explore your unique challenges, and I’ll tailor our work to your needs using a blend of therapeutic approaches, including:
· Mindfulness and Emotional Regulation: Techniques to help you manage anxiety, stress, and difficult emotions.
· Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): To challenge negative thought patterns and transform self-limiting beliefs.
· Narrative Therapy: Externalizing your story to gain perspective and challenge past narratives that may be holding you back.
· Solution-Focused Strategies: Working with you to identify clear goals and practical steps to move forward.
· Somatic Techniques: Helping you reconnect with your body to process emotions and create balance.
I believe in collaboration. You are the expert on your life, and together, we will co-create a pathway forward that feels empowering, safe, and meaningful for you.
